StediStrong is a simple, evidence-based strength and balance program designed to help you move with confidence and stay independent at home.

Each week, you’ll receive one easy-to-follow video that guides you through a progressive 12-week program, building strength, improving stability, and reducing your risk of falls over time.

This is an ongoing weekly program. After completing the 12 weeks, you can continue to build strength by repeating and progressing the exercises at your own pace.

Designed by exercise physiologists, StediStrong uses safe, effective exercises with minimal equipment, making it ideal to complete in the comfort of your own home.
